Returns & Refund Policy

At Myzduri by Miriztika, we take great care in crafting and packing every order. If you experience an issue with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:
Your order number.
Clear photographs of:
The damaged product.
The outer shipping carton.
The shipping label (if applicable).
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate refund at no additional cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns for:
Opened or partially consumed products.
Products with broken safety seals.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
Sale, promotional, clearance, or discounted items (unless damaged or supplied incorrectly).
4. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items that are:
Damaged during delivery.
Defective.
Incorrectly supplied.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been packed or shipped.
